Phytokids Formula Claims Info
Directions: The dose of phytokids is age-dependent. If you are < 4 years old, take two terrific chewables per day. If you are 5-9 years old, take three chewables per day and if you are 10-12 years old, take four chewables per day (120 chewables/bottle-2 month supply if you are <4, 40 day supply if you are 5-9 and a 1 month supply if you are 10-12 years old). The supplements can be taken all at one time or they can be split into an AM and PM dosing. The twice daily dosing provides nutrients to the body in a more time-appropriate pattern, but it is most important to take the total daily dose.
